Why Our Bread is Special
We use Matthews Cotswold Flour, milled just down the road in Shipton-Under-Wychwood since 1912. Combined with our carefully maintained sourdough starters and traditional baking methods, we create breads with exceptional flavour and nutrition.
Our long fermentation process not only develops complex flavours but also makes our bread easier to digest and longer-lasting.
