From Scientist to
Master Baker
Hi! I'm Sarah, and my journey to Corner Cottage Bakery is anything but ordinary. After 20 years as a molecular biologist, I returned to my first love—baking.
In 2020, we discovered this beautiful 200-year-old cottage and spent seven months lovingly restoring it. Now, we combine scientific precision with traditional techniques to create exceptional baked goods for our community.

Artisan Sourdough Breads
Large selection of artisan sourdough breads including pain levain, baguettes and focaccia. Everything baked fresh in house daily.

Bakery School
Hands-on sourdough baking courses run every 6 weeks on Sunday and Monday. Maximum 3 students per course.
